This Privacy Policy explains how Bloogle (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use trydo.in (the “Platform”). It is intended to align with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the principles of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge this Policy. Related terms are in our Terms of Service.

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect:

• Account data: name, email address, mobile number, and authentication data (including OTPs processed via service providers).
• Profile and trading-simulation data: virtual account settings, orders, positions, portfolio views, strategy signals, webhook/API configurations, and related logs.
• Billing data: subscription status, payment references, invoice details, and GST-related fields you provide (such as GSTIN for B2B invoices). We do not store full card numbers on our servers when payments are handled by payment gateways.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, and cookies or similar technologies.
• Support communications: messages you send to support or grievance contacts.

We use personal information to:

• create and secure accounts and verify identity via OTP where required;
• operate paper-trading, multi-account, webhook, and API features;
• process subscriptions, invoices, and tax compliance;
• provide support, investigate abuse, and improve Platform reliability;
• send service notices (security, billing, material policy changes);
• comply with law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where required, we process data based on your consent (for example, account creation and optional communications), performance of a contract (providing the Platform), legitimate uses permitted by law (security, fraud prevention), and legal obligations (tax, regulatory requests). You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, subject to consequences such as inability to use certain features.

We may share information with:

• Service providers (hosting, email/SMS OTP, analytics, payment gateways) under contractual obligations to process data only for providing their services;
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) under confidentiality;
• Authorities when required by applicable law or valid legal process;
• Successors in connection with a merger, restructuring, or transfer of business assets, subject to continued protection consistent with this Policy.

Third-party platforms you connect (for example TradingView) are governed by their own privacy policies. We receive only what is needed to process your configured signals on the Platform.

Our primary operations and support are based in India. Some processors may store or process data on servers outside India. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps consistent with applicable law to protect personal data.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, dispute, and security retention periods. When no longer required, we delete or anonymise data where reasonably practicable.

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures appropriate to the nature of the data, including access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the Platform at your own risk regarding residual security risks.

We may use cookies or local storage for session management, preferences (such as theme), and basic analytics. You can control cookies through browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Platform functionality.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for certain processing. Contact support@trydo.in. We may need to verify your identity and may retain data where law requires.

The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us for deletion.

For privacy grievances or data requests related to trydo.in, contact support@trydo.in or support@trydo.in. We will endeavour to address complaints in a timely manner consistent with applicable rules.

We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Material changes may be notified via the Platform or email where appropriate.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, subject to mandatory law.
