3. Virtual funds are never refundable as cash
Virtual balances, paper P&L, promotional virtual credits, and simulated portfolio values have no monetary value and cannot be refunded, withdrawn, or converted to cash.
4. What may be eligible for refund
Subject to verification, we may consider refunds for:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a verified billing or payment gateway error;
- Unused prepaid subscription periods where you cancel within a clearly stated cooling-off or trial window (if offered at purchase);
- Service failure where paid features are unavailable for a material continuous period due to our fault, at our reasonable discretion (credit or partial refund).
5. What is generally non-refundable
- Consumed or partially consumed subscription periods after the stated trial/cooling-off window;
- Fees for services already delivered;
- Charges arising from your misuse, shared credentials, or policy violations;
- Third-party fees (payment gateway, bank, or network charges) that are non-recoverable;
- Promotional or complimentary access.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@trydo.in with:
- registered account email;
- invoice or payment reference;
- reason for the request and relevant dates.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete a decision within 14 business days where reasonably practicable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when supported by the payment provider; timelines depend on banks and gateways.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless a product page states otherwise. Cancellation alone does not automatically create a pro-rata refund for the remaining days of a paid period.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can help resolve billing issues. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend the account pending investigation and provide transaction records to the payment provider.
9. Invoices and GST corrections
If an invoice needs correction (for example GSTIN or billing name), contact support@trydo.in promptly with supporting details. Invoice corrections are separate from refund eligibility.
10. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory Indian law, to the extent applicable.
11. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, subject to mandatory law.
