Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of trydo.in (the “Platform”), a paper-trading and strategy-testing product operated by Bloogle (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. It is generated by a computer system and does not require a physical or digital signature to be valid.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Tax invoices for paid services, where applicable, will be issued under GSTIN 33ATXPA9614N1Z3.

trydo.in provides a simulated trading and strategy-testing environment. Features may include virtual accounts, manual order entry, TradingView webhook integrations, algorithmic API/webhook connectivity, portfolio and position views, and multi-account comparison tools.

• Virtual funds, balances, fills, and P&L have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed, or converted into cash or securities.
• We are not a SEBI-registered stock broker, trading member, investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager, or mutual fund distributor.
• We do not execute live trades on NSE, BSE, MCX, or any exchange on your behalf, and we do not hold client securities or client trading money.
• No broker–client relationship is created by your use of the Platform.

You may use the Platform only if you:

• are at least 18 years of age;
• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law;
• are not barred from using online services under any law; and
• provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, OTP devices, and API/webhook secrets. You must notify us promptly at support@trydo.in of any suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where caused solely by our proven failure to secure systems after timely notice.

You agree not to use the Platform to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share information that violates applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended). Without limitation, you must not:

• use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform or other users;
• upload malware or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;
• misrepresent simulated results as live brokerage performance;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful to children, or otherwise prohibited under Indian law.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-compliance, and where required by law may report offences to appropriate authorities.

Some features may require paid subscriptions or usage-based fees. Prices, billing cycles, and inclusions will be shown at purchase. Fees are generally payable in advance unless stated otherwise.

Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged as required by Indian law. Invoices will reflect Bloogle's GSTIN (33ATXPA9614N1Z3) where a taxable supply is made.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Platform, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Bloogle or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your personal or internal business strategy-testing purposes.

You retain rights in strategies, configurations, and signals you submit. You grant us a licence to process that content solely to operate the Platform (including execution of paper orders from your webhooks/API). You represent that you have rights to submit such content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

The Platform may integrate with or reference third parties (for example TradingView, payment gateways, messaging providers, or market-data sources). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or accuracy of third-party data.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal compliance, security risk, non-payment, or Platform discontinuation. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits, indemnity, and jurisdiction) will survive termination.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that simulated results will match live trading.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloogle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Platform in that period (or INR 1,000 if you paid no fees), except where liability cannot be limited under Indian law (including applicable consumer protections).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloogle, its operators, and personnel from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, your content/signals, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory Indian consumer law, to the extent they apply to you as a consumer of our online services.

For complaints about the Platform or these Terms, contact support@trydo.in. We aim to acknowledge grievances within a reasonable period and to resolve them in good faith consistent with applicable IT Rules requirements for intermediaries, to the extent they apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory law, courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where mandatory law requires additional consent.
